Before the appointment

A few photos can prevent surprises.

We ask for the address, roof height and material, preferred equipment location, and photos of the likely exterior and interior route. If your home needs specialty access, a longer cable path, or nonstandard work, we identify that before scheduling.

Installation labor does not include the Starlink kit or mounting hardware. We can install customer-owned equipment or quote eligible equipment and mount options sourced through channel partners.

Do you install equipment I already purchased?

Yes. Most standard appointments begin with customer-owned equipment. We confirm the kit generation and available mount before the visit.

Can you hide the cable inside walls?

The standard price covers routing into one nearby room. Concealed wall fishing or longer interior routes may require a custom quote after we review the path.

Does the installation include electrical work?

No. The standard scope assumes suitable power is already available near the indoor equipment. We can flag power concerns during planning.
